Certificates of insurance will be issued the same day they are requested, and with each policy renewal. Our standard procedure includes reviewing certificate requests with the active insurance program to confirm that the coverage meets the certificate requirements.
Policy changes will be processed the same day they are requested. Each issued change/endorsement is reviewed to confirm accuracy and any possible exposure changes.
Claims reported to our office will be processed on the same day. During the claims process, a dedicated representative in our office will be assigned to your claim to monitor and assist from start to finish. Claims may also be made at any time directly to the insurance carrier.
Our office can assist with providing a driver's program for your employees to assist your company in developing a program for acceptable driving history and monitoring driving records.
Some insurance policies are auditable every year, like Workers Compensation. Our office will assist during audits to answer any questions and review for accuracy.
Our office is here to assist in identifying, assessing, and controlling risks to your company. Once a risk management plan is implemented, our office will continue to monitor the plan to review results and revise, if needed.
We review contracts and certificates of insurance from subcontractors to ensure your business does not unwillingly accept liability, or inadequate risk transfer.
Your designated account management team will reach out mid-way through the policy term to review exposure ratings and adjust accordingly if necessary. Exposure adjustments are available at any other time during the policy term as requested.
